These remote coral atolls with their coconut palm lined white sandy beaches are surrounded by pristine coral reefs with an abundance of sealife. Where you can walk off the beach and after a short swim, enjoy snorkeling through an aquatic wonderland.
After a day of swimming, snorkeling, playing and relaxing under the shade of the coconut palms. There is nothing better than a beach bonfire on a remote uninhabited island.

Now back home and freezing. I keep drifting off to memories of a fabulous sailing trip on Ave Maria from Panama to Cartagena, Colombia. The San Blas Islands are paradise such a world away from the normal city lives most of us live. The 3 days spent in this island paradise was fantastic. Providing fond memories that will stay with me forever. Sindry and Paul the crew did a fabulous job of the trip. From taking us to their favorite fabulous secluded island. To feeding us the best healthy food and keeping us feeling comfortable and safe and safe at sea. Ave Maria is a brilliant trip and such a superb way to travel.
